►Worldwide End Times Signs DEC 2015 - JAN 2016 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3wHV7sRw4dk&index=1&list=PLQQJEuGHoKRURJdYzFv9swqLrvM8ID1m- APRIL 15th 2016 A powerful earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 7.1 struck southern Japan, barely 24 hours after a smaller quake hit the same region and killed nine people. Japanese broadcaster NHK said calls were coming in from residents reporting people being trapped inside houses and buildings. The quake shook the Kumamoto region at 1:25 a.m. on Saturday, and several aftershocks soon followed. Japan’s Meteorological Agency issued an advisory for a tsunami up to 3 feet in height along the coast west of the epicenter in Kumamoto. The advisory was lifted less than an hour later. Sirens from patrol vehicles were heard in the background, as NHK r...
Today, we head out to Kumamoto Prefecture in Kyushu with Bobby. A quick visit to the famous Kumamoto castle, built by the warlord Kato Kiyomasa, they encounter a party of very realistically dressed samurai warriors. Following which, the team journeys to the largest shopping street in the city and enjoy a hot bowl of Kumamoto Ramen, some refreshing tea at the Suizen Temple Park, and the famous horse sashimi.

Earthquakes in Kyushu Island, Japan were felt in many areas of Japan including mine in Hiroshima. The tremors I felt caused my building to sway noticeably for several minutes on both days that the earthquakes hit. Japan is no stranger to earthquakes, and in fact it is one of the most active regions in the world. Because of this, they have learned to prepare themselves for disaster when it strikes. This includes evacuation points, and several lines of communications and alerts to warn citizens of imminent danger. Now that I am a resident of Japan, I am learning these things first hand. I hope I don't ever have to use the precautionary systems that are in place, but it is reassuring to know that Japan is prepared. JR Kumamoto Station （JR 熊本駅） is the main train station for Kumamoto City in the Kyushu Region. Kumamoto city is located further southwest of Fukuoka and is located halfway to Kagoshima city. This station is serviced by the new Sakura Bullet Train, which runs between JR Osaka Station and JR Kagoshima Station. Kumamoto City is a nice clean city, known for it's hot spring spas and mountain resorts. Enjoy.

The stream side forest and adjacent hills have been left in their primeval state and are home to a dizzying array of plants. One group of plants common to the gorge, especially near the river, are epiphytes - plants that grow on other plants. While mosses and ferns dominate the epiphytic community here, others like clubmosses and orchids can be found as well. This video shows many of the common epiphytes of the gorge. The day it was taken was rainy and cool and at the pe...

However, Japan too was a nation of castle-builders. In its feudal days, you could find multiple castles in nearly every prefecture. http://www.expedia.com/Tokyo-and-vicinity.d179900.Destination-Travel-Guides Tokyo, the capital of Japan, is one of the most exciting megacities on the planet. The city is a spectacular matrix of villages, towns and cities, strung together by a super-efficient rail system. Tradition, ritual and respect are the hallmarks of Japanese society. This is a place that cherishes its children, reveres its elderly, and treats visitors like honored guests. Begin your Tokyo journey in the ancient town of Asakusa, home to the city’s oldest temple, Sensoji. Then head to the suburb of Harajuku, renowned as a center of youth culture and fashion and home to one of Tokyo’s largest green spaces, Yoyogi Park. Just to the north of Yoyogi Park, is Meiji Shrine, dedicated to the father of modern Japan, Empero...

In part two of my video travel guide to India I travel to Bodhgaya, one of the most sacred places in all of the Buddhist religion. It was at this location 2,500 years ago that a young Prince Siddhartha sat under a fig tree, meditated and found enlightenment, thus becoming the Buddha. I start off by visiting the many temples that have been built by various Buddhists from around the world, including temples dedicated to Buddhists living in China, Japan, Tibet and Nepal. I then visit the Tergar Monastery, one of the largest Buddhist complexes in the region, which is a short walk from the main road. I then head to the sacred Mahabodhi Temple complex in the center of town. At sunset it is a scenic, peaceful time to explore the grounds, which include a large monument built at the Bodhi Tree it...

The World Before Me is a modern-day round the world trip, set to the words of a 19th century poet. “Afoot and light-hearted I take to the open road, healthy, free, the world before me.” 160 years have passed since Walt Whitman penned this text, but feelings about travel remain the same. We’re still inspired by the open road and still excited by discovering the unknown. In the fall of 2015, while preparing for a trip that would take me literally around the world, I couldn't shake the desire to share the experience of travel, which for me is a very personal one. This film is the culmination of that desire. I carried my camera for 5 months through 15 countries. The endless metropolis of Tokyo, tiny islands of The Philippines, busy streets of India, the Swiss Alps and the Scottish Highland...
